"We Love SG " Flowers making session @ Owen RC Centre

 

 Owen RC had started sharing with residents on how to make "I Love SG " Flowers since Tuesday, 17 June 2014. 

The RC centre will be opened every Tuesday and Thursday from 7.30 pm onwards to share these flowers making with residents.  Residents must bring along their recycled plastic bags.  Sissors and raffia string will be provided at RC centre.
