Circle Line Discovery OPEN HOUSE (Free & Easy)
Date: Sunday, 2 October 2011
Time: 10 am to 6.00pm
Transport: $1.00 – one way to Caldecott CL Station at 9.30am (from Pek Kio CC – for registered participants only).
Venue: Free ride between Caldecott to Harbour Front Station (12 new stations) from 10.00am to 6.00pm.
You can also join the Fun at these 6 Stations - Botanic Garden, Holland Village, Buana Vista, Kent Ridge, Telok Blangah and Harbour Front.
or Catch the hilarious Circle Line Musical at Buana Vista Station at 10.00 am and 2.00pm – A musical to “Celebrate Life” is a must-see@Buana Vista Station (2 shows: 10.00am and 2.00pm) This musical will star popular television and stage personalities such as Chua Enlai, Irene Ang and Alaric Tay, and special guests?

The Changi Chapel & Museum
The Changi Chapel was built by ex-POWs' internees as a places of comfort and solace. Today it s a point of pilrimage for veterans and families of ex-POWs.
Inside it exhibits some of the correspondence and photographs, drawings and personal artefacts of the compelling story of POWs and civilian internees during their years in captivity.

Owen SCC Mass Birthday cum Block Party
100 members of Owen Senior Citizens Club and residents celebrates Mass Birthday cum Block Party at void deck of Block 48 on 20 September 2011 at 6.30pm and ended at 8.00pm. Mass Birthday Party is celebrated here on quarterly basis in the month of March, June, September and December/January.

Lantern Raya 2011 @ Pek Kio
More than 500 participants attended this event on 10 September 2011 at Pek Kio Food Centre at 7.30pm. This is a combined event of the Chinese Lantern Festival and the Muslim Hari Raya Celebrations.
The highlights includes Malay Kompang, Kindergarten kids performance, Games and Lucky draws.
In addition there was an on-site Lantern Making Workshop for interested participants to learn and make his/her own creactive Lanterns.

Moulmein National Day Dinner 2011
Moulmein celebrates National Day Dinner with more than 1500 participants on Friday, 12 August 2011. The special guests comprises, Members of Parliament: RADM Lui Tuck Yew, Prof Yaacob, Ms Denise Phua, Mr Edwin Tong; well-wishers, sponsors and residents.
The Working Committee appreciate and acknowledge the following Schools and Organisations for their entertainment contributions:
