1 Day Johor Durian Tour
Participants assembled at CC at 6.00 am. At 6.15 am, departed by 40 seaters air-con coach via Singapore Immigration Checkpoint at Tuas Link and to Johor Bahru for immigration and custom clearance. At Johor Bahru Immigration, transferred to local air-con 25 seaters coach then proceed to Yong Peng for breakfast. After breakfast, continue their journey to Kluang Zenxin Organic Park, on the way visited a Local Product Shop and Fuchow noodles factory. At Zenxin Organic Park, a guided tour by park officer introducing home grown organic dragon fruits, herbal plants and organic grown shops. Next continue their journey to Kulai to enjoy the durian lunch (Fried Mee Hoon & Chicken curry provided), after that visit to Little Pratalaka Buddhist Temple. This Temple also housed a Caring Shelter (Old folk Home) there. In late afternoon the group stopped at Sutera Mall for shopping before departing for dinner at Senai. After a delightful dinner, proceed back to Singapore ( arrived CC at 9.30 pm).

One Community Walk 2011 @ Moulmein
More than 1400 participants comprise of residents of Moulmein Division and students from Balestier Hill Secondary School, participated in this yearly One-Community Walk Event.. This time it was held at MacRitchie Reservoir Park on 24 July 2011 at 7.30 am.
Guest-of-Honour RADM Lui Tuck Yew flagged off the walk at 8.00 am.
Apart from Community walk, there are fringe activities on site where residents, students, teachers and volunteers can interact with each others. The photos here will tell you all.

Have you missed the train?
If you have missed the train last month, no chance to catch up with another train here now, but you still have the opportunities to catch the last glimpse of the remaining station and railway tracks at Bukit Timah Railway Station before these rail tracks are removed. Rail track walking will be disallowed after 18 July 2011.
Moulmein Owen RC Briskwalking Group - update.
Owen RC Brisk Walkers meet regularly at running track beside Block 51 Kent Road, every Sunday from 7.00 am, for briskwalking or stretching exercises.
The group will also be participating in the coming outings:
Brisk walk at Macritchie Reservoir 24 July 2011 (7.00 am - 11.30am) including visiting Bishan Market & Food Centre after Briskwalk.
Bus will depart from Block 47 Owen Road Drop-off point.
